Abstract (English):
Cel': ocenit' primenimost' metoda fluorescentnogo vyyavleniya produkta mitohondrial'nogo vosstanovleniya rezazurina – rezarufina dlya ocenki zhiznesposobnosti kul'tury fibroblastov legkih MRC-5 eksponirovannyh pylevymi chasticami ugol'noporodnogo proishozhdeniya ot 10 mkm do 100 nm. Nakoplenie produkta reakcii proishodit lineyno, chto otrazhaet biohimicheskoy aktivnost'yu kletok. Dlya kazhdoy proby byli polucheny uravneniya vida y=ax+b, gde koefficient «a» proporcionalen aktivnosti i chislu zhivyh kletok. V to zhe vremya ryad uglerodnyh produktov mozhet iskazhat' rezul'taty.
