The aim of this work was to study the effect of weather conditions on mental performance and functional state of the brain by the example of students of theAltaiStateUniversity. The impact of environmental factors was conducted during the summer practice on different days (Mondays), in differing weather conditions. Mental capacity was assessed according toAnfimovproofreading sample. We determined the volume, speed and accuracy of mental capacity. The functional state of the subjects was assessed by brain EEG method. Meteorological factors have both positive and negative effects on the functional state of the nervous system of students and mental performance indicators. Besides, quality indicators appeared to be more sensitive to the effects of adverse environmental factors. Apparently, this is due to differences in the mechanisms which provide quantitative and qualitative components of mental capacity. The experimental data can be used to address issues of differentiation and optimization of learning and prediction of meteoresistanceand meteosensitivity of students.
