    <p>Использование информационных технологий и методов статистического моделирования в управлении технологическими процессами свеклосахарного производства приобретает все большее значение в условиях цифровизации экономики. Их применение позволяет провести комплексный анализ всех отраслевых процессов, выявить проблемные области и риски, реализовать технико-технологические мероприятия с упором на социально-экономическое направление. Цель работы – повысить технологическую эффективность процессов ресурсосбережения с использованием экономикоматематических методов.&#13;
Объектом исследования послужило свеклосахарное производство РФ. Прикладные разработки апробированы на примере предприятия Центрального федерального округа РФ. В ходе исследования использовались методы статистической группы (наблюдение, анализ, абсолютные и относительные величины, сводка и группировка), а также аналогия, синтез, описание, обобщение, научное объяснение, формализация, экспертная оценка, историческая ретроспектива, моделирование, экономико-статистическое моделирование.&#13;
В работе составлена линейная модель множественной регрессии и расчетная модель оценки уровня технологической эффективности сахарного производства. Проведенные расчеты и практика отраслевой деятельности показывают, что совершенствование техники и технологии может обеспечить уменьшение расхода топлива без реализации высокозатратных проектов в сфере энергосбережения, повысить эффективность переработки свеклы (+32 %), сократить ресурсоемкость производственного процесса, а именно снизить расход известнякового камня (~23 %), топлива (~18 %) и вспомогательных материалов (~14 %).&#13;
Предложена расчетная модель, которую целесообразно использовать на тактическом уровне отраслевого управления для оценки эффективности работы заводских смен. Модель позволит проводить сравнительный анализ показателей в реальном времени, а не в конце декады, и оперативно выявлять угрозы нарушения технологического процесса.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Information technologies and statistical modeling have become an inherent part of technological management in sugar beet production. They provide a comprehensive analysis of all industry processes, as well as make it possible to implement technological socio-economic measures and identify problem areas and risks. The article describes the technological efficiency of resource-saving processes based on economic and mathematical methods.&#13;
The study focused on the domestic sugar beet production; the R&amp;D was tested at an enterprise in the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation. It involved standard research methods, as well as expert assessment, historical retrospective, and economic and statistical modeling.&#13;
The linear multiple regression model and the technological efficiency calculation model supported the empirical results. Better equipment and technology reduce fuel consumption without implementing high-cost energy saving projects and increase the efficiency of beet processing (+32%). In addition, they reduce the resource intensity of limestone (~23%), fuel (~18%), and auxiliary materials (~14%).&#13;
The calculation model can be used to strategize the industry management and assess the efficiency of factory shifts. The model promptly identifies threats of technological disruption and allows for a real time comparative analysis.</p>
