    <p>В современном мире остро стоит проблема сохранения и восстановления профессионализма управленцев и, соответственно, гармонизации, оптимизации и восстановления работы организаций, разрушенных действиями руководителей-менеджериалистов. Диссонанс карьерно-статусного и профессионально-трудового становления и развития руководителя организации приводит к многочисленным проблемам. Их решение, помимо трансформации ценностно-смысловой стороны управления, его целей и моделей, требует разработки и применения технологий, способствующих оптимизации процедур отбора, подготовки и переподготовки управленческих кадров, гармонизации отношений и совершенствованию процедур управления. Создание, обновление и коррекция технологий предполагают развернутые теоретические и практические исследования, направленные на апробацию и изучение эффектов, возможностей, ограничений применения технологий управления карьерой руководителя организации и техно­логий развития организации. Среди самых известных и результативных технологий в период перехода от постмодерна к постпост­модерну, от менеджериализма к прямой демократии и интерсубъективному управлению выделяются социально-психологические технологии, направленные на гармонизацию процессов и результатов профессионально-­трудовой деятельности человека и его карьерного пути. Важным моментом является гармонизация развития человека как личности, партнера и профессионала: необходимо многоуровневое и многоаспектное, осуществляемое в конкретном времени и пространстве жизни человека и организации соотнесение, целью которого выступает поиск оптимальных для всех, консенсусных, синергетических решений, позволяющих развиваться и всей системе, и отдельным ее компонентам. Современные технологии управления карьерой могут применяться для поддержки специалиста на пути самосовершенствования, но вне смены модели управления их возможности невелики; более того, они могут использоваться в деструктивных целях. Предмет – технологии управления карьерным и профессиональным развитием руководителя организации. Цель – исследование проблем создания, апробации и применения технологий управления карьерным и профессиональным развитием руководителя организации. Методы – теоретический анализ и синтез этих проблем. Выявлено, что успех сопровождения карьерного и профессионального путей современного менеджера заключается в целостности технологий и программ сопровождения.</p>

    <p>The problem of CEO professionalism remains quite acute in the period of transition from postmodern to post-postmodern, from managerialism to direct democracy and intensive subjective management. Managerialists destroy many organizations, which need to be restored, harmonized, and optimized. Career status often clashes with professional development. This problem requires extensive theoretical and practical research aimed at testing the effects, possibilities, and limitations of career management technologies. Socio-psychological technologies are effective control tools for planning a managerial career. They harmonize the processes and results of one's professional labor activity and career path, as well as one's development as a personality, a business partner, and a professional as a multi-level and multidimensional correlation in a specific chronotope. Socio-psychological technologies find optimal, consensual, and synergistic solutions that develop the entire system and its individual components. Modern career management technologies are useless outside the new management model and can even turn destructive. The research objective was to apply analysis and synthesis to the problems of developing, testing, and applying new technology for managing CEO career and professional development. The research revealed that the success of CEO career support lies in the integrity of technologies and support programs.</p>
