    <p>На сегодняшний момент свою актуальность в процессе образования показало гибридное обучение, сочетающее очное и онлайн-обучение. В результате глобальной миграции количество иностранных студентов в Кемеровском государственном университете неуклонно растет, обучение проходит в многонациональных группах, что неизбежно приводит к необходимости исследования педагогического взаимодействия в области культурного диалога и межкультурного общения. В статье описана организационная составляющая взаимодействия – совокупность образовательных форм, методов и технологий, с помощью которых достигаются поставленные цели и задачи в результате контакта и сотрудничества всех субъектов педагогического взаимодействия. Настоящее исследование посвящено тестированию организационной стороны педагогического взаимодействия с использованием цифровых образовательных инструментов для обучения английскому языку для специальных целей (ESP), или профессионально-ориентированному английскому, и использованию гибридного формата обучения в многонациональных группах студентов вуза. Использование цифровых материалов в обучении позволило обучающимся не только овладеть базовыми языковыми навыками, но и повысило их образовательную мотивацию, цифровые навыки, вовлеченность в обучение. Внедрение интерактивных учебных материалов, автоматизированное тестирование способствовало развитию онлайн-обучения, организации совместного обучения студентов, находящихся в аудитории и дома. Все это также послужило установлению эмоциональных контактов, сотрудничеству, созиданию, развитию толерантности, умению работать в команде и т. д.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Hybrid learning combines face-to face and online learning, which makes it highly relevant for the current pandemic situation. As a result of global migration, Kemerovo State University welcomes more and more international students each year, hence the need for pedagogical interaction research in cultural dialogue and intercultural communication. The article describes the organizational component of this interaction, which includes a set of methods and technologies that ensure cooperation of all subjects of pedagogical interaction. The authors tested various digital tools of teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and hybrid learning methods in multinational groups of university students. Digital tools allowed students to master basic language and computer skills, as well as increased their motivation and involvement. Interactive teaching materials and automated testing improved the process of hybrid learning in groups where students studied both in classroom and from home. The technologies also helped to establish emotional contact, improved cooperation and creativity, and developed tolerance and teamwork.</p>
