    <p>Развитие omics-технологий открыло потребителям доступ к персонализированному подходу по профилактике заболеваний, что привело к росту спроса на коммерческое генетическое тестирование без консультирования врачей (потребительская геномика), в том числе нутригенетическое. Персонализация питания (с учетом генетических, фенотипических, климатогеографических и экологических данных), по сравнению с общепринятыми универсальными диетическими рекомендациями, является эффективным профилактическим средством. Целью данной работы являлось изучение пути развития потребительской геномики с акцентом на нутригенетическое тестирование, которое используется для формирования персонализированных рационов питания.&#13;
В ходе работы проводился систематический обзор научной (на базе PubMed, ScienceDirect, eLIBRARY.RU) и научно-популярной литературы, а также маркетинговых отчетов. Глубина поиска с 2020 по 2025 гг. При изучении библиографических ссылок обнаружены и включены работы с 2012 г., посвященные тематике данного исследования.&#13;
Выделены основные этапы в развитии геномики человека, стимулирующие появление персонализированного питания как примера потребительской геномики. Описаны основные причины популяризации и особенности российского рынка точного питания. Рассмотрены нутригенетика, нутригеномика, использование данных полногеномных ассоциативных исследований, расчеты полигенного индекса риска, эпигенетика, метаболомика в исследованиях микробиома потребителей. Подчеркнута роль биоинформатики и машинного обучения в обработке и интерпретации персонализированных данных. Знание своих генетических рисков значительно повышает мотивацию потребителей к изменению образа жизни. Рассмотрены передовые зарубежные и российские компании в области генетических исследований и персонализации питания. Затронута проблема нормативно-правового регулирования, отсутствующего контроля генетического тестирования компаниями direct-to-consumer.&#13;
Персонализация питания возможна благодаря грамотному использованию междисциплинарных достижений, соблюдению этических норм, а также при исполнении и расширении нормативно-правовой основы. Однако для внедрения персонализированного питания в область здравоохранения необходимы доклинические и клинические исследования.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Omics technologies give consumers access to personalized disease prevention. Today, commercial genetic testing is very popular. For instance, nutrigenetic testing requires no medical consultation or prescription. Personalized nutrition is an informed diet choice based on genetic, phenotypic, climatic, geographical, and environmental data. It is a more effective preventive measure than standard dietary recommendations. This article describes the state and prospects of consumer genomics with an emphasis on nutrigenetic testing as a basis for personalized dietary choice.&#13;
The review covered scientific publications registered in PubMed, ScienceDirect, and eLIBRARY.RU in 2012/2020–2025, as well as popular science literature and marketing reports.&#13;
The development of human genomics had passed through several stages before it gave start to personalized nutrition as part of consumer genomics. Its popularization on the Russian nutrition market has its own peculiarities. The topic field includes such aspects as nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics, genome-wide association studies, polygenic risk index, epigenetics, and metabolomics of microbiome. The bioinformatics and machine learning help to process and interpret personalized data. Genetic risks awareness increases the motivation for healthier lifestyle choices. While the field of genetic research and personalized nutrition is run by some foreign and Russian direct-to-consumer companies, legal regulation remains a vague issue in this sphere. &#13;
Personalized nutrition requires a competent use of interdisciplinary achievements combined with ethical standards and regulatory norms. However, serious preclinical and clinical studies are needed to introduce personalized nutrition into the state healthcare system.</p>
